Okay, so had to go to hospital today to figure out what is going on with the various pains I have been having with my wrist and elbow when playing guitar and 'mousing'. Looks like there is going to be a fair bit to do to remedy it including work on posture...hence the title! Bit of an abstract soundscape today!!EnjoyPeaceNeil
